These terms and conditions aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Travelcel (hereinafter "the Company") and the users in utilizing the travel itinerary management services (hereinafter "the Service") provided on the internet site and mobile application operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

• "Service" refers to the travel planning, itinerary management, and collaboration tools provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to members and non-members who access the service and receive the services provided by the company in accordance with these terms.

Article 3 (Formation of Usage Contract)

The usage contract is concluded when the user agrees to the contents of these terms, applies for membership, and the company accepts such application.

Article 4 (Content and Changes of Service)

The company provides the following services to users:

• Travel itinerary creation and management
• Location-based place search and map services
• Infographic-style itinerary export (PDF)
• AI-based travel coaching and guides

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The company is exempted from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
